1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the achilleastennis.com website and any tennis-coaching services provided by Achilleas Anastasi ("Achilleas Tennis", "we", "us"). By booking a session or using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Coaching services

We provide private, group, junior, wheelchair and tournament tennis coaching. Sessions are subject to coach availability, court availability and weather. A booking is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are agreed before each session or programme and are payable in advance unless otherwise stated in writing. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: full credit or reschedule at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows: the session is charged in full.
Sessions cancelled by us (e.g. weather, illness) are rescheduled or refunded in full.

5. Health & safety

You confirm you are physically fit to take part. You must disclose any medical condition or injury that may affect participation. Coaching takes place at your own risk; we accept no liability for injury except where caused by our negligence.

6. Juniors & safeguarding

A parent or guardian must consent to lessons for any participant under 18 and remain contactable for the duration of the session. We operate under LTA Safeguarding standards.

7. Use of the website

The site is provided "as is". All content, text, images and trademarks are owned by Achilleas Tennis or used with permission and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, unauthorised access or interference).

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid for the affected session(s). We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The Cypriot courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
