1. Who we are

This website is operated by Achilleas Anastasi ("Achilleas Tennis", "we", "us"), a sole-trader tennis coach based in Cyprus. For any privacy enquiry contact achilleas@achilleastennis.com or call +357 94 223344. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. What we collect

Enquiry & booking data you submit via our contact or booking forms — name, email, phone, message, requested session type.
Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages and call logs you send to us.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referrer, collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To respond to enquiries and arrange sessions — performance of a contract.
To send booking confirmations and reminders — performance of a contract.
To improve the site and understand usage — your consent (cookies) or our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
To comply with tax and other legal obligations — legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the service: our booking platform, email provider, hosting (Lovable Cloud / Cloudflare) and analytics. They process data on our instructions under appropriate contracts.

5. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EEA. Where this is the case, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiry data: up to 24 months from last contact. Booking and invoicing records: 7 years to meet Cypriot tax law. Analytics: up to 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email achilleas@achilleastennis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus).

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including TLS encryption and access controls, to protect your data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
